September 25, 2026 – Washington D.C. – Fulcrum proudly announces the promotion of Zack Laven to Principal. In his time at Fulcrum, Zack has distinguished himself through his strategic insight, policy expertise, and ability to deliver meaningful results for clients. His contributions continue to strengthen the firm’s work across a range of policy and government relations issues.
Zack joined the Fulcrum team in November 2022 from the office of Rep. David Schweikert (R-AZ), where he served as Deputy Chief of Staff, managing a variety of policy areas over his six years with the Congressman. Prior to working in Congress, Zack worked as a government relations specialist at the Dow Chemical Company covering trade issues.
