Aaron has more than a decade of experience working in Congress, on political campaigns and in the Obama Administration. Most recently, Aaron served as chief of staff at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) where he played a key role in helping Democrats pick up 47 seats over two cycles, including winning control of the U.S. House of Representatives. In this capacity he worked closely with the candidates who now make up one-quarter of the House Democratic Caucus and are the largest freshman class of Congress in nearly half a century.
Before his time at the DCCC, Aaron was an appointee at the U.S. Department of Commerce in the Obama Administration. Aaron began his career by working as a senior staffer for now-Assistant House Speaker Rep. Ben Ray Lujan (D- NM), the 4th highest ranking member of the House Democratic Caucus and a senior member of the Energy and Commerce Committee.
